Integrating Leon Software with GoOllie allows you to streamline your operations by automatically importing and managing your empty legs and quotations directly within GoOllie.
This guide will walk you through the steps needed to set up this integration.

Step 1: Accessing the Integration Settings
 

• Login to GoOllie:

  • Navigate to GoOllie and log in with your account credentials.
     

• Navigate to Integrations:

  • In the Settings menu, find and click on “Integrations” on the left sidebar.

Step 2: Starting the Leon Software Integration
 

• Find Leon Software:

  • Scroll down the Integrations page until you see the Leon Software integration option.
     

• Click Get Started:

  • Click the “Connect” button next to the Leon Software Integration option.​
     

• Enter Your Leon User Name:

  • You will be asked to enter your 3-letter Leon User Name. Make sure to input it correctly.

Step 3: Confirm Integration on Leon
 

• Redirect to Leon:

  • After entering your Leon User Name, you will be redirected to Leon's website for final confirmation.
     

• Sign In to Leon:

  • Log in to your Leon account using your credentials.
     

• Accept Data Transfer:

  • You will be asked to accept the data transfer from Leon to GoOllie. Confirm this to proceed.

Step 4: Verify Integration
 

Check Integration Status:

• Once confirmed, you will be redirected back to GoOllie.
   

• You should now see a green “Connected” status under the Leon Software feature on the Integrations page.

Step 5: Importing Empty Legs
 

• Go to Dashboard:

  • Return to your GoOllie dashboard.
     

• Refresh Empty Legs:

  • In the Empty Legs window, click the “Refresh” button. This action will import your empty legs from Leon.

Step 6: Managing Requests and Quotations

 

Automatic Quotation:

• All customer requests will now be automatically sent to Leon for final quotation.

• The pricing information will be fetched from your Leon backend.
